The pressures of life in tech
The relentless pace, the reorgs, the always-on culture, the constant reinvention that AI keeps accelerating. I understand what a career in tech can ask of you — and how to find steadier ground.
Therapy for Silicon Valley — and beyond · San Francisco
I'm Yukti Singh, a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in San Francisco — and, after many years leading in Silicon Valley tech and AI, someone who understands the pressures of that world firsthand. I help individuals, couples, and families move through life's challenges and changes toward greater clarity, connection, and hope, at a pace that feels right for you.
How I can help
The relentless pace, the reorgs, the always-on culture, the constant reinvention that AI keeps accelerating. I understand what a career in tech can ask of you — and how to find steadier ground.
Growing closer to a partner, easing tension within the family, or learning the kind of boundaries that let your relationships — and you — genuinely thrive.
When you've lost someone or something that mattered, therapy offers a caring space to grieve, to remember, and — in time — to feel more like yourself again.
About
I hold a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University and am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (MFT #103458). I help people through many of life's challenges — relationships, transitions, anxiety, and, with particular care, grief and loss — always at a pace that feels right for you.
I've also spent many years as a leader in Silicon Valley tech, much of it in enterprise AI — so its pace, its pressures, and its constant change are familiar to me firsthand. You won't have to over-explain your world. We can simply begin where you are, and move forward together.

What I help with
Everyone arrives for their own reasons. Some of what we might explore together — individually, as a couple, or as a family.
